We continue to work on our own connection which is still available in the Dashboard as Desjardins AccèsD (New). We plan on migrating all users to this new connection some time in the future.

Our provider has updated us on the status of the issue with the Desjardins connector. Our provider’s ETA for a resolution is on May 28. We have decided to publish our in-house ⌾Core Connector which you can add through the web app by selecting Desjardins AccèsD (New). Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com

We have completed the initial development of our in-house Core connector for Desjardins AccèsD. At the current moment transactions are not available yet through this connector. We are currently rolling out beta testing to validate the connector. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Due to the complexity of the issue, our provider is still working on the reported issue. Currently the tentative ETA from our provider is 5/21. Concurrently, we are working on a connector for Desjardins made by Wealthica. Our own connector is not yet ready for production but we are working on alternative resolutions to reestablish the connection with Desjardins in a timely manner.

Desjardins connections are currently failing with a UAR error due to the Desjardins website introducing a new splash page.
Our provider team is working on this issue to handle these changes, and the problem should be resolved completed by 5/18 tentatively.

We've identified an issue syncing with Desjardins Online Banking (AccèsD). This issue has been reported to our upstream provider who is providing the connection to Desjardins.
